We will begin by planting and organizing the farm as soon as possible. The moment we start harvesting, we will offer our delicious products in our Oyster bar and Farm-to-table experience.

Once we have established a foundation, we will launch programs, including online courses to cater to the global market. We establish an educational center on-site to provide practical learning opportunities.

Our innovative approach not only filters the water, it also gives a market-ready product: Premium oysters. By growing salicornia, we can not only close the nutrient loop, we have another high value product for sale.

Our land-based operation is centered around regenerative agriculture, which we believe is crucial for building healthy practices. Our focus is on nurturing the soil and retaining water, and we plan to achieve this by planting a diverse range of trees that will provide shade for the scor earth and a home for various animal species. The beautiful location of Casa Branca which is an old grain market will serve as center of our farm-to-table experience. Fresh oysters and organic vegetables will be served from the farm to the table in just hours. The stunning Mira River fare will leave the guests a lasting memory of something special.

The Oyster Bar which is located on the aquaculture farm. It attracts shellffish enthousiasts and the exclusive seafood buffet with oysters fresh from the water leaves the tatste buds in awe!

The residents pay a monthly rent. The project is allowing housing for farm employees. This aligns with our vision that everyone has to have a role in the project.

Offering high end farm stays will attract people that seek for a "different holiday" as usual. Our unique proposition makes that we can target wealthy guest. We are not a hospitality project so we will limit de places, making them even more exclusive.
